From the Source of Director Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Power purchase agreement (PPA) between the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and Butwal Power Company Limited (BPC) has on conscious and final agreement with in a week of Khimti hydropower project. Thats why, its the right time to purchase BPCL.
