10-15 is supposed to be best.
less than 10 is supposed to be less performing company, people dont believe on it and above 15 is supposed to be overvalued, but in nepal 200 PE Ratio is also considered undervalued sometimes, (see in in some insurance companies)

While investing in secondary market how much PE ratio is good from investor perspective please advise me thanks
