I guess the biggest plus to the nation will be that the insurance companies do not have to pay foreign re-insurer in dollar.
Insurance companies in Nepal can pay lesser amount for the same when they have Nepali re-insurer is the benefit for those here.

What will b benfit for insurance share holder??
