This news may cause microfinance stocks to fall a bit further. However, this is a great opportunity to buy these stocks. Even if NRB brings this regulation into effect, it will most likely impact next fiscal year's dividends. Expect healthy returns from MFIs this year as well!

recently released news in the market over policy in microfinance about dividend distribution as said by some sources of media as not to distribute high dividend in term of cash and bonus share.as a result some few small investors are selling their scripts in lower price. But i would like to say that central bank is not against the bonus share distribution to increase their respective paid up capital.in the meanwhile 10 arba paid up capital to the commercial bank and at the same time restriction in the increament of capital in microfinance?this is not the policy of central bank.as said by some sources of media about limitaton of dividend 20-30% in term of cash or bonus .so in short microfinance this time is not distributing cash but only bonus share as a result more rise in the price of share.remember central bank is not against increament in paid up capital.finally there are few microfinance with strong financial background with just few scripts in the market.Just hold your shares to collect handsome bonus share this time.
