i think this is the worst company that is still tradable in secondary market. OCR has already rejected its right share proposal.
they have passed this offer only after second SGM ( not AGM).
they cant do AGM as, they have not finalised Audit Report.
Tussle betn Khetan and Tibdewala.
Khetan ko share bhako company ko share nalekai ramro.
He has already book profit almost 10 times. he dont want to invest nither Tebdewala.

EIC Long term ko lagi kinna hudai hunna , short time ko lagi very high risk,,
i prefer this stock is too hot to sell but too cold to buy.

its obvious they might increase +10% +10% EIC every day if possible to make bali ko bakra
Bottom line , no ,don't buy unless you know inside information or ready to be bakra.

I heard this script is hardly available in the market ,but price is falling,why?
As I went through Q1 report of the stock eic,eps is just Rs.1.47!
Profit is just 15 lakhs in Q2,
Although its paid up is just 10 karod and 1:1.5 right share is in pipeline
But price has touched such a height ie 900+ ????
Is it good to invest at current price?????
