If it goes to liquidation, priority of fund distribution would be 1. Current a/c holder payment 2. Saving a/c 3. Fixed a/c 4. Debenture if amy 5. Preferential share 6. If remain public shareholder 7. If remain promoters
I doubt sharemarket will be in position to give any return to shareholders. Its unfortunate investment and lesson yo small investor.

I have invested around 5 Lakhs in Scripts of Nepal Share Markets and Financial Company. I have heard that company is going to liquidated its property due to fraud committed by its formal chairman. Now what you happen to those scripts do i get money back? Please give me the expert advice what should i do ?
