No. that EPS of Rs 13.28 is BEFORE RS but AFTER BS as you can clearly see it from their 3rd QTR report.

If, as you said, there is profit of Rs 4 Cr from auction, and if that amount is in fact allowed to be distributed as profit (I am not clear on if that amount will go to reserve fund), then it may bring the EPS back to around Rs 13.

Anyways, if you go by their RS offer letter, they are planning on distributing around 9%-9.5% BS for the next 2 years.

Sameer ji, what makes you think AHPC is capable of giving 15% BS? Their 3rd QTR reports EPS of Rs 13.28 (annualized) before the 1:1 RS issuance. Can you share with us any news that we may have missed?

if that will happen it will very good for AHPC holders
