High Risk jee,
This companies is opting for FPO just to make their share structure 70:30 (70% Promoter and 30% Public) minimum. If they opt for right share then this objective cant be fulfill. So there is only 2 option left ie. 1. Futher Public Offering or 2. Conversion of 19% promoter share to public. Which option to opt is in hand of banks owners. |

dear highrisk,
If you give right share, you have to give for both promoter and ordinary shareholders in same ratio that will result into same ratio of share as of now. So the solution may be either FPO or conversion of promoter share into ordinary share. |
