your protfolio lack the presence of strong Banking stock.. Majority of your stock is from microfinance and insurance... so look on that.... For long term go for good banking stocks in mid range such as PCBL and SANIMA.

All are the good companies..Are good for both long term and short term. CHCL, PLIC, NUBL, NLBBL will not only give away good dividend but also give u a handsome appreciation. SIL also, as i heard is giving right and BS of 30% this year(need to confirm with authentic info)..So, you can go ahead.. But I still see you lack smaller Hydro Power.. if u add them I hope ur portfolio would sound better.
