Anyone can apply for fpo.....fpo is same as ipo.....nothing is different.....
When a company floats its shares for the first time to public its called ipo.... If it floats its shares again, i.e. 2nd, 3rd or so, its called fpo..... Always, BiG BuLL.... |

To maintain the requirements of NRB i.e. maintain 30% public shares both gbime and nib will issue public shares soon...
Gbime has already announced special agm to issue 3.52 lakhs units of fpo.... Similarly, nib has also applied to sebon for fpo....we can see that at sebon's site at ipo pipeline.. Nib has only 20% public shares now...so, its fpo will be big....... If issued at premium it will be even bigger...... Happy investing guys n gals..... Thanks, Regards, BiG BuLL....... « Last edit by BiG BuLL on Mon May 19, 2014 3:48 pm. » |
