No company has ever issued fpo in nepal....so, if fpo comes, we will make history.....
Talking about offering price...the company will likely offer adding some premium..... We will make many history guys like first fpo, cds , online trading...... We are here now and we will be here for long....what happens will happen in our time.... |

I maybe wrong. Big Bull ji, Bimal ji, any ideas? |

Calm down Big Bull, people are just discussing different aspect of FPO. Nobody said you are lying.
It would now appear NIBL is going to issue both an FPO and a debenture. |

What the f### is wrong with my thread ?
I told gbime and nib will float fpo....and that is true.... I wrote nib's fpo will be big and that is also true..... I only write things when i am almost sure about the subject..... I may not be 100% accurate everytime.....but mostly i am right.....see my earlier posts.... |

Raj ji ,
Are you talking about FPO or bond or debenture.... if you are thinking FPO as a debenture you are wrong. LOOK at this definition of FPO.-An issuing of shares to investors by a public company that is already listed on an exchange. An FPO is essentially a stock issue of supplementary shares made by a company that is already publicly listed and has gone through the IPO process. FPO might or might not be issued at par value (100). It can also be issued at some premium rate. |

As far as i know IPO & FPO hav vast diff.........this going to be issued debentures yields only intrest ie. 8% per year.....till maturity...no bonus share..no dividend....so why r u comparing this with IPO...
we r only illegible to yearly intrest i.e. 8%. i dont think we have any other benefit.. EXPERTS(बिमलमान , BIG BULL , DILBERT ) kindly throw some light & correct me if i m wrong... « Last edit by RAJ JI on Mon May 19, 2014 2:30 pm. » |

If it is mutual fund, it will be under NIBL Capital, not NIBL.

FPO stands for further public offering. profit book value is the base for premium price.

Dear Moderators, how does a company decide the premium price of the shares in fpo? is there any particular rule as i did not get the premium price of Chilime NRs. 408.36 per share 3/4 years back when the market price of it was approximately 680 rupees per share? hope to get the clear information in brief. thank you
