साथीहरु/ नेपालको इतिहासमा पहिलो पटक NMB ले जारी गरेको हो/ अहिले GBMIEले मात्र जारी गर्न लागेको हो/ NIB को ८% ऋणपत्र हो FPO होइन/ FPO जारी गर्दा नेट्वोर्थ भन्दा माथि झन्डै बजार मुल्यमा जारी गर्ने अभ्यास छ/ त्यो प्रिमियम जम्मा भएको रकम शेयर होल्डर फण्डमा जम्मा हुन्छ/IPO जस्तै FPO पनि जसले जति पनि किन्न पाउँछ/

Looking at GBIME's history, they have done a good job of recovering loans after merging with other entities. So, let's hope they do the same this time as well. Also, they seem to be one of the most ambitious banks in Nepal. I am guessing they will give some bonus share this year as well. Maybe 10 to 15%. Let's see what goes.

sameer ji gbile ko eps jamma 23 cha. reserve pani tyeti better chaina ani kasari dincha 25% bonus share. maximum 12% cash dividend this year

further public offering (FPO) GBIME le premium mai lyucha. but rate is not fixed yet, anyone can apply for FPO like IPO.

Global IME is opening branch at International countries for this it should have 5 Arba capital so let's hope it will give bonus share this year as well.

Deepak G , GBIME might not give Bonus share this time because it has already huge paid up capital compared to other commercial banks ... Yet you can expect good cash dividend from it as its profit is good.
