Friends I bought SCB @ 2156 , NABIL @ 2400, EBL @ 2100...........etc. WHEN NEPSE IS 480 AND AT THEsame time Ibought NHPC @55 , CHCL @ 900 ALICL @ 280, UIC @ 180 , NLIC @ 1800, NLICL@ 1250...........etc. Today Nepse near to 860 compare the Prices of my scripts Bank and Insurence and Hydro.......

I AM SOCKED BANK IS DECREASING BUT HYDRO AND INSURANCES IS INCRIIGING ....ROCKETING.... WHY , WHY, WHY ?????

In my personnel analysis, simple law of Economy I.e. "Demand and supply denotes the prices of market". The Natural truth is that in Nepal's share Market there are minimum supply Of shares of Hydro and Insurances. 2) Dear Friends Do you know if you add twoor three commercial banks of Nepal for example If you add total share of ADBL, Nabil AND NIB It is more than total 18 insurance co. And 4 hydro . But the Demands of Hydro and Insurance is 100 times more than supply.

3) Do you know why the demands of Hydro and Insurance increases In First Reason is The rule of NRB ( Nepal Rastra Bank ) it makes a rule that Bank and Finance Institute co. (BFI ) CAN NOT CROSS HOLD SAMECATEGORIES. Then What o do there is no choice in Market except these 18 Insurances , 4 Hydro or three Hotels....

4) For example RBS sale cross holds of Nabil Bank promoter share 10 lakh kittas @1255 and it got 125 karod and RBS have no choice other than Only these 4 Hydro,3 Hotels and 18 Insurances or nts and Uniliver ....

5) other things is that NRB makes another Rules for Converting Promoter shares to Normal share , Now this rule again increases the supply of BFI shares Which are already in Market more than 100 companies.....

6) In this year Insurance and Hydro co. Give more bonus and Right Shares which also attract small investors like us.

Friends this is only my personal Analysis please correct me if Iam wrong
