बिमा संस्थान को सेयर किन्नु मा के कारण छ भने त्येसको पुजी minimum छ र तेय्स्लाई life र nonlife मा छुट्टयाउने कुरा चल्दै छ
capital increment का लागि पक्कै बोनस वा right सेयर दिने बाध्यता छ बिमा संस्थान संग त्यसै ले मूल्य बढेको
तपाईं को नेपाल बैंक को पनि त ३८ करोड capital हुने बेला मा negetive networth , NPL ५ को हाराहारी मा हुँदा पनि लगानीकर्ता ले १३०० हालेकै हुन् नि .
अझ त्यति बेला market एती धेरै बढेकै थिएन
अहिले न त नेपाल बैंक ले dividend दिने वाला छ न त agm गरेर सर्बसाधारण लाइ हस्तान्तरण गर्ने अनि किन हाल्ने ३०० भन्दा धेरै NBL लाइ ?
Future राम्रो होला तर without any signal कसरि हाल्ने बडी रकम ?

फेरी अहिले ब्रोकर लाई बिमा को बारेमा हल्ला चलाएरै फाइदा छ अनि तिनारु नेपाल बैंक को सेयर मा किन लागुन

ब्रोकर ले चाहे देखि १-२ दिन हामि ले चाहे कहिले हो कहिले ?

i bought nbl at around 310. in my guess nbl could reach 450+ after july. many big investers are buying NBL.
and important thing is if any one is ready to buy century ipo cheat in 220+ then why not nbl @ 320??
also, if we were ready to buy kist at 220 then why not nbl at 320??

We can't compare RBS and NBL. Please see RBS and NBL Paid up capital. RBS is in Profit.

Today RBS reached Rs. 6200, i asked one of the investor of RBS why u r buying this share, he answered me that this company has not conducted AGM since 10 years and this time it will conduct AGM. that's why it has good possibility to give good dividend.
I told him that NBL is 77 year old company and it has also not give bonus for a single year. And RBS has the possibility of AGM but NBL will definately conduct AGM this july. RBS has no balancesheet where as NBL maintain proper balance sheet. RBS is 6200 and NBL is 320 nearly 20 times less then RBS.
So plz answer me which company to buy RBS or NBL?
The good part is he immediately purchased NBL and thanked me for the eye opener.

When and wherever the dirty hand (government) remains, there is no future of Nbl.

yes NBL is the best bank around as you all know RBS share has appreciated to Rs. 5200 just bez of their property as it's management is not good at all and balance sheet is never published. So, NBL price will appreciate when the players will hold enough shares of NBL it's share price can also reach Rs. 5000(within 2-3 years)

NRB is preparing to hand over the management of NBL to the shareholders after holding the bank´s annual general meeting (AGM) in July
many big inverster are buying NBL. after handedover its management to private shareholder its price may follow its history.
