I also think why HGI is not giving anything this year ? it's so bad.

According to their RS offer letter, they were not planning on giving any dividend from last FY. All profit was used for lowering their net loss (which should now be on the black starting current FY). However, if I have not mistaken, they are projecting 10% cash for the next 3 FYs.
