Raj ji You can go to civil capital market or ellite capital (whichever cheque you receive) after you receive the non-allotee refund cheque. Then make them to correct your name. They will correct it in cheque as well as in their database. Then when you receive share certificate you will get your corrected name as well. (Take citizenship as it may be required.)

And also there has been different name with my application number. How is his possible?
