It will be one of the big banks in Balance sheet after merge and its profit is growing faster so it is one of the best script in secondary market to invest. It has less chance to go in merge comparision to other banks with paid up around 200 crore.

future ma bonus share kam ra cash dividend dherai paune sambhawana. coz yesko paid up capital more than 400 crore hunchha. no need to increase so much paid up capital in terms of Capital Adequacy Ratio or BASEL III.
If you expect more cash dividend and less bonus shares it's perfect investment. otherwise not so much exciting.
