doesn't matter what % dividend getting this year but don't sell your share in cheap price, i am not selling less than RS 380. If nobody selling in the cheap price, price goes high.

hahahahaha !!!!!! the most important point is how efficient they are, and how much the bank can provide dividend and so on. Its present year capacity turned out to be a brave 4.5 percent cash dividend to its hopefully sky-watching investors. And, for the next year they will have to translate their best efforts into genuinely honest actions to maintain this level, which seems a far distant target for them, I feel so.

SNEAL ji,

May be, my following post has some relevance with your question. This post was posted yesterday (Jan 11, 2014)

Grand Bank Dividend

Traders focus on capital gain. For them, dividend is just a means to play prices up or down. The traders in buy queue will try to over play this nominal 4% dividend and the traders who are in sell queue will pretend that nothing has happened. The wholesome effect on the market would be neutralized and the dividend factor will have nominal effect. For investors, it is a bit disappointing but as long as the company gets stronger with increased reserve, there is always next time. They do not mind to hold.

However, a company with about 10% profit could have given around 8% dividend. May be, the promoters themselves are in buy mode this year. Hence, they created platform for this with low dividend. For investors, I believe, this is a HOLD share. For traders, it depends upon their strategy and market sentiment. In this overall bull market, the price may go up as the company fundamentals are good and the price is at lower range among commercial banks.

Dear investors,

A warm greetings from here.

Would it be a better decision to hold Grand Bank Scripts for long term investment?

Recently i have brought 3000 Kitta Grand Bank @ 345.

I need some advice either to hold or Sell.

Thanks and Regards.
