Dilbert ji is right, if you have a share, you are the share holder, owner. so right share will be valued at 100 (what ever it is valued by the company) for nabil mutual fund- it will be 10.

After this rule is set, many company will offer share to public. so from that time, to be a player/investor you really should be smart to survive. Actually I prefer auction rather then premium. may be open auction.

This new rule only states in case of IPOs. Right share will be at face value I think. So if RMDC is going to float right share, it will be at Rs 100.

what I think is if a Company sells its IPOs at premium, it will be easy for company to collect more money with less unit share.
Now the question is: suppose RMDC gives right share 1:1, what will be the cost? Will it be 100 or 180? This is just my confusion. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNS, there is NO RIGHT SHARE of RMDC...pheri mero question le arulai tension hola. Thank you.

NTC, CHCL, AHPC, RMDC has already sold their IPOs at premium. SEBON is just trying to get more real sector companies to float their shares. I don't think any company that is making profit will like to sell their shares at base rate. It will be like people being able to buy NABIL at Rs 100 and those who are selling only being able to sell it at Rs 100 only.

Is this offer for all companies or for some industries only?

It would be very wrong if they allow BFIs, insurance, hydro and other natural resources based industries like- cement industries to sell their share at premium price.
