brokers dont have time for smaller investor.

that is why i am not buying at this time. cause i am worried they wont sell when i want.

I think it's common phenomenon with borkers, I also felt these types of conditions. We can complain(at NEPSE or SEBON) about it but It needs proof. You can not prove that "He was ignoring your Purchase Order" or "He was buying for his Nearest and Dearest one" because they can say It's open market and there was not matching of your transaction so we couldn't purchase. It's illigal to make transaction without Purcahse order Form with sign of purchaser, If you can make video of purchasing with Slip/Cheat It would be great to complain at authorities.

And I have not experience myself but people say that new borkers(after 32 no.) are more friendly than older one.

Dear experts I want suggestion from you. Last Thursday I told my to buy some 100-200 units share of pcbl n I filled bemand paper but he doesn't care about that I was seeing from behind, he was busy with cell phone and telephone calls and he had a cheat in his hand and he was he was selling n buying which was written there, it might be of some big investor or his nearest n dearest one. So what can we do in this situation can we complain about him or not if yes where? Or we should stay quite coz we r small one, our turn comes only when the big investor finish there work???
