Media was saying Khetan was cleaned up with jal by the court. now he is no longer a criminal.

No wonder why nepal is so poor!

In the beginning, when i read your comment (reaction of other companies), first thing that came in my mind was, why the rival companies (general insurance co) share price have not increased, since they are suppose to get the business of everest insurance?

Does any body know which are the companies those have shadow of khetan on them?

Possible reaction of share price of the companies:
a) khetan's company- should have gone down after the disclosure of the crime.

b) khetan's company- if market already knew the crime, price should go up since khetan is on the run.

c) rival company's share is suppose to go up since one of their competitors is in shit.

What amazes me is that even though Rajendra Khetan is on the run for fraud, the share of his other companies doesn't not seem to have reacted as much as it should have. If there is fraud in one of his companies, what is there to say he didn't do the same in his other companies?

Let's see if we have republic or not.

Investors are not angry as they are suppose to be. Looks like most of the Investors are just amateurs and dont even have basic knowledge regarding capitalism.

How can we compete with corrupts like Khetan, when they are above the law and we have to follow the law?

Investors, once we loose our investment, we wont get it back, so be serious. And demand fair playing field- like rule law, no insider trading etc.

So how many yr will the khetan serve in the jail and how much fine will they have to pay.

Interest alone has reached more than 2 crore.

If they are not jailed and fined huge, every one will be more than willing to commit this kind of a crime and return the money after 3/4 yr.
