100% agreed Rajesh ji.
It is highly cautious time while investing. Let's not take our thinking with only greed, lets not put all the money into 1 basket to earn fast. Rather let's take some time to analyze particular script before buying esp its fundamental factors though it seems useless for most of us in this time. |

The market is in super bull due to three reasons - change in political power structure, decreased interest rate as well as easy availability of loan and big players' meticulously planned strategies and moves. If the political power brokers fail to make some arrangement that could give stability in the country, the positive sentiment that has been seen today would disappear. A new round of pessimism will ruin the gains made and downward journey may be seen. By any reason including deposits in the banks decreases or their investment increases in less risky sectors, the easy loan will dry out. It would directly impact the share market and we may see a galloping horse fast reaching at a place at low altitude. If the shares of certain companies used as milking cow start falling down, it would herald that the big players changed their carefully crafted strategies and moves. By that day, market may enter into a short bear phase. The Nepali investors are generally governed by sentiments as well as herd mentality and they may create a situation of panic and the index may move further down. Hence, till the political situation would not deteriorate and move to negative arena, till there is plenty of fund in the banking system (a situation of excess liquidity or enough liquidity) and till the big players continue to nurturing the shares of their preferred companies, we should continue to buy or at least we should hold. When we sense that one or more among these three conditions have become mature, we should start selling share immediately but gradually and selectively. Therefore, in this super bull, we should watch the situation closely. Note: This is just my opinion. I welcome the perspectives from other friends. I did this exercise seeing the post from Rajan Bhomi ji, where he has thrown a question about the selling time. https://www.facebook.com/groups/531177483586163/ |
