There is some news posted on some portals and in some newspapers that BPCL "likely" will give 25% dividend. I have written my comment in another forum, which I will repeat here below.
"For me, in our situation, "likely" is a thick blanket. This blanket may cover 'rumor' or 'reality'. Therefore, neither we should believe it nor we should discard. Hence, we should dig further to find out the truth."

Nothing is confirmed. However, it may give that much dividend from its last year's profit and also 3:2 rights share. But, no confirmation yet.
