I agree with Bunkure ji, the only prospect of buying ipo of Matribhumi is its merger, but it doesnt same will happen quickly.

I don't think this is a very good investment opportunity.
1. This is development bank not "A Class Bank" or "D Class Bank" or "Hydropower Project". only these type of IPO oversubscribed by more times
2. There are existing development bank which give Per year 10% or more bonus but their price is in range of 100.(B class bank shares are paralyzed nowadays expect some exceptions)
3. Bank shown it's NPL 0 in 70/71 which seems to be only hypothetical or Intentional.
4. Hamro Bikas Bank is same or even better which was oversubscribed my 2.5 times before 2 months.(In which there were less than 10 institutional investors).
I think it will be oversubscribed by 2-4 times only. So don't apply more amount expecting more oversubscription.

ahile IPO FEVER ko time ma jasto sukai bhayepani badhi oversubscribed hunchha for sure. I started invest in IPO from Janata but when it came to MEGA I'm very sad because of more oversubscribed and less allotment. Kalika and Samima Mai Hydro ko ta jhan ekdam kam. Naya Nepal Laghubitta ma interest nai harayo so didn't apply any. Aaba yo Matribhumi Bikas Bank kati oversubscribed hune ho???? Audience bhayera herne matra ho hahahaha

50 thou ko divide garera sana lagani katra vaye chai ali dheerai parla .. :-D tara 50 - 60 times oversubscribe vayo vane chai .. tai pani lucky draw huncha :-((

malai ta thikai lagyo.. listing huda 125 tala hola sayad...10crore paid up capital FY 71/72 ma puraune projection raicha,,sayad tyo bela ali ups and down huna sakcha..small amount ko ipo raicha..thorai invest gardai l0ss nai chai hola jasto lagdaina malai...expert sathi haru k vannu huncha????

Does anyone have any idea about the significance of upcoming IPO of Sindhuli bassed Matribhumi Bikas Bank? I just know they have inter-district withdrawl and deposit through Citizens bank int. May be they might merge later?
