Hydropower has peculiar character.. The company reflects good profit, but do not have cash to serve dividend.. Mostly, the cash is used for repayment of loan.. Hence, there will be good return after 10-12 years upon repayment of loan.. No return till 5 Years.. At that time, government will start taxing 25%.. Decision is yours.. Don't subscribe by taking loan > 15%p.a. Otherwise, it will be benificial to pickup from secondary market... likewise of Civil and Mega...
