First Microfinance becomes first to declare dividend for the last year. 12.63% cash. Stock price down 10% after dividend declaration.

Seems Nepalese investors really don't like cash dividends. IMO, the dividend is decent enough considering the rise in paid-up capital (+72.50%) last year. The company has a lot of growth opportunities going forward. What do you think? Let's discuss.

I am also expecting good news from Chhimek, National Microfinance and Swabalamban based on their reports. Also, Nirdhan Utthan (yet to publish Q4).
