My personal Opinion for Newbies is hold the NIB stock as it will rise again before FPO. Since it is in process the price will continue rising. So no need to sell at Loss.
arbinshakya Ji, it would be better if you purchase it right now and then sell at 900 plus rate... since, it has large volume of NIB FPO to be sold, the secondary price must definitely go up above 900. Or else who would purchase at higher rate in FPO and freeze cash for 2 mnths rather than getting it at market. So sell it before FPO and enjoy.

Suil Ji, NBB seems to be most under valued stock in mid range commercial bank. It wil surely rise to 550 in this weekend so better book profit now and purchase on sunday. Or else the other one could be NMB which is also undervalued and has recently came out of merger. The price will also settle at 550 plus.. The choice is yours.

Sajani JI, as per myfriend a Manager in PLIC, the AGM is sure to be held in Falgun End with 35-45% BS. Hence the price may rise to 2000... Better get it.

Not yet The Rising Sun ji. I got them at Rs 160, and since this is the only insurance stock I have, I will be keeping them. I just wish I had bought more, was low on cash back then.
