Most awaited directive is going to be implemented soon in our capital market.

But there are lot of queries and confusion in this directive which must be answered before it comes into action
1. What percentage of IPO is issued to general public @ face value ?
2. What percentage of IPO is issued to DII at BID value ?
3. Allotment module if oversubscribed ?
4. What will be the punishment/compensation if DII and ISSUE manager manipulate the cut off price ?
5. Is it compulsory for DII to buy the quantity of share they ve bid ?
6. Can general public participate in the BID ?

If most of the banks publish similar type of balance sheet, BULL attitude of investor will gradually turn into BEAR.
Lets hope better result from other companies. But it seems unlikely. RMDC, one of the toughest company in its sector with sound fundamental is unable to tideover current crisis, how can we expect reverse result from others.

Some Banks like NBL already has spread rare of 4.4.
Also NBL EPS is 27.
Overall the parameters are strong.
NBL & ADBL price should be same.

Commercial banks are matured organization and most of the time they think long. So i hope they will not fabricate there balance sheet for short term benefit. Manipulation seen in one of the small BFI recently probably wont repeat in BIG BANKS.
Future direction of NEPSE is determined by the result of these commercial banks. Once we see balance sheet of some of these banks then onle take your position. Aggressiveness shown in last few days is absurdish. Make wise decision.

In USA, terminally ill patient with Cancer or Heart disease are being discharged from the hospital so as to provide space for COVID patient.
In spain, above 65 yrs patients with COVID on respirators are removed from the machine so that younger patient can be kept.
