Punarkarja has become the worst of all decisions. Stimulus for financial recovery from Covid was necessary, but the way NRB decided in the last monetary policy was absurd for any rational investor. Punarkarja for financially weak hydros was the worst of all.

Thanks for clearing the confusion. The uncertainty is a genuine one. Although this was known for a long period of time, it's time to ponder over these issues now.

The Main Reason Behind Uncertainty Is
1. Evergreening has happened tremendously in balance-sheets of BFI, especially those who aggressively expanded their business (Example NICA)
2. Loan for Loans, Loans for Interest Payments, Loans for Penalties, Loan for fees, hence loans has increased manifold but earning have been hit hard since 2020. This is making entire financial system unstable.
3.Nobody knows the actual position of Bank's/ MicroFinance Balance-sheet
4. NRB Policy is much awaited as it will determine the provisioning/ balance-sheet-making / refinancing/ rebate / extent of income accruals etc
5. NRB policy will also determine extent of expansion or contraction or stagnation in money supply and areas where money will go
6. Also banks core capital have exhausted relative to their core business and hence capital increment is must, but mode of capital increment is still unknown and will be determined by monetary policy

Hence amidst these uncertainty no prudent and medium or big investor will invest
It will take no time for the turnover to cross 10 billion if things comes favorable
So everything is uncertain, whether bull or bears, both are sleeping, nobody knows who will wake first
Four peoples determines monetary policy, nobody knows their intentions, not even the big players

What is it that you know and most do not?

You used to say in your earlier posts, as long as interest rates are down, liquidity maintained and other sectors are unfavourable, NEPSE will soar high, high and high. But you have changed your stance in a matter of weeks.

We know that trading is dynamic and things change in an instant, but something big must be cooking which made you change your earlier assertions.
