In my life, during republic, three bureaucrats challenged/disrespected openly to elected ministers and PM.

Two barked today- Kul man, Maha prasad 'chutya' and Lok Man.

And two were appointed by Maoist and one by UML. And Lok Man had backing of all and India. Kul Man had allegedly had backing of India.



Kul man is backed by dalal fake news and Maha Chutya had backing of alchins.

Maoist are burning effigy.

Looks like, outing of Kulman cost them in 10s of billions annually.


Maoist controlled hydro minister for a long time and now, load shedding is back. They wasted 10 year.

Never forget, Current and precious two economic, share market collapsed began under maoist Finance ministers.



Do you think, Maosit wanted hydro minister to build hydro power??? Do you think, if Kulman were clean, Maoist would have accepted him????

Bureaucrats challenging Public representative is unacceptable - unless political representative is pressing for illegal act. Just say no or resign, bureaucrats should not politicize such incidents.

Those companies which have electricity bill due may get longer time to settle their bills- so they may do better in the secondary market.


Same day, Kul man is fired, India is reducing electricity supply to Nepal. India have been creating fake/insignificant stories to take credit, but did not show interest in taking credit for ending long load shedding in Nepal. That looked fishy to me.


Let's see, if today's rebound is real or not.

Let me repeat again for 100th time. Kul man did not end load shedding, but he/his incompetency is the reason- load shedding is back. He wasted more than 10 year.


People think he ended load shedding just cause it ended when he was in power. What kind of idiotic reason is that??? It takes at least 4 year to end load shedding and kul man and people before him took more than 10 year to build Upper tamakoshi.



Government should release the date of load shedding ended and the date when India began to send high volume of electricity.



I have wrote about his the very day the load shedding. And how Kul man is a fraud and could be indian agent ... cause every fake news controlled by India 'almost all of them are' gave him the creadit instead of India.

And later, India began to take over Nepal's rivers by using Kul Man. And even worse, By using Kul man, India blocked entry of China into Nepal hydro power.

At that time, I thought, India was trying to replace Pakeh politicians with Kul man, turned out, it was to take over hydro power of Nepal.


I think, minister cant sack him cause Kul man send ghus to all politicians. Mostly to Prachanda.

Kulman had nothing to do with ending of load shedding,,, but he is the biggest responsible for returning of load shedding. He wasted more than 10 year.


(Now ask, why fake news promote him? Did India order fake news to make he hero so that through him, India could take over Nepal's river and prevent China from entering into Nepal's hydro??)



Now what, half day closed industries means lost of jobs. You have electricity at home but no money to buy that electricity since you lost your job cause of the load shedding by kulman at industries.

- Amazing, Kul man has been presenting 'electricity leakage control to 10 or below %' since he became boss of NEC. It has always been around 10% and still somehow he presents as his achievement of reducing leakage, many times during last 10 year.

He is a con, maoist agent, indian agent. He is double or triple agent.


And there is NEC's profit- NEC have been making profit cause- electracy production and selling have increased by a lot and it has nothing to do with Kul man. And NEC's profit increased profit cause he increased price of electricity.
It has nothing to do with Kul Man's competency.


Again, Nepal's load shedding ended due to electricity import from Indian, not cause of Kul Man. Now cause Kul Man is incompetent and could not fix supply in dry season, load shedding is back.



Wonder why Maoist are so aggressive in supporting Kul Man. Could Maoist have been getting cut from Kul Man's corruption? Wonder if Maosit have been getting 10-25arab annually from Kul Man.

Donot fire kulman now.

Winter is coming. And there will be loadshedding in the winter.

And dumb crowd will say- loadshedding returned as soon as kulman exited.


Kulman had nothing to do with ending of the loadshedding. But has everything to do with returning of the loadshedding.

- I got this second hand information- Kukman is 4k corrupt as hell. Who told him petrol bike cost 10,12/km. It costs around 5.

Remember, I found out kul man was fataha same day he became hero in the eye of 99%.


About a week before more than a decade long load shedding ended, Kul man said, 'he would improve distribution management of electricity and load shedding will end for good'. As if he is the one who will be behind the ending of load shedding.




Just like he said, around a week later load shedding ended. In the eye of crowd, he became superhero, the same day, I found out he is a con.

Load shedding ended as soon as high load electricity transmission line with india competed. Which was around a week after kul man clamed, he would load shedding. He never mentioned, electricity from India is coming.



My fear was, media made him hero. Media make only those hero who is their person or agent of RAW or CIA. Other wise, media would have made me hero, but they never did cause I am neither their person nor agent of any domestic or foreign power. No human in the history of the earth is able to analyze or predict about national or international matter like I been doing.



My second fear was, kul man was Baburam's man. Baburam's man has always been RAW's man. It could be possible that India wants to control electricity of Nepal and through Kul man, they want to destroy electricity and later capture it as a savior.
India is that country, who helps to bring in a couple of stock Nepalese in Ukrain and start propaganda in international media. Same happened during covid vaccine.

But regarding ending of decade long load shedding, it was totally due to india and they never made the claimed ... may be cause they had bigger agenda to make kul man hero and take control over our electricity. Only one politician complained that Nepal did not give India the credit.

India has electricity problem, worse is their electricity is very expensive. And still they dont want to buy Nepal's electricity, why? Cause they want control.







Understand this?
Kulman has zero credit in ending decade long load shedding. It ended cause of India.
But, Kul man has most to blame for current load shedding. Cause of his failure, vision less action for last 5/6 year, we are facing load shedding. This vharia did not even build transmission line.

During last 10 year, maosit took hydro minister most of the time. Current load shedding is due to maoist. Its due to current finance minister, a village idiot.

Somebody ji, the plan is to build dam to store water enough for 3/4 month is higher area (which can be converted into reservoir based hydro later- since it takes time to dig tunnel, from 1.5-3 year, that storage would supply water to run off model of hydro located in the down stream)... and in 4-8 year, we can dig tunnel and turn that reservoir into reservoir based hydro.

Around 6 month ago, I had predicted liquidity crisis to be solved, (but due to wrong reason) ...... after govt spends 100 billion, it is likely to come true.


In the history of the world, great economist predict one event and becomes great, I have predicted and gave solution to many many.

Tell me something Simrik ji. I am sure you dont know bista personally, but we have talked before in this forum. We are suppose to be like social media friends. And you insult your friend for a stranger for a wrong reason??????







Let me show you an example of how I think:

- This govt has been for about 2 year now.
- There was many govt between last two election which lasted for 5 year.
- So that's 7 year.
- First govt in that govt was from koirala. And after bista became hydro minister, then came baburam as pm. So bista was not in that govt.
- Before koirala govt, there was chief justice govt which lasted for 1 year.
- CJ was recommended by baburam govt, which lasted for 1 year.
- Before baburam govt, there was 1 year govt, and bista was hydor minister.
- So that makes, bista was hydro minister 10 year ago (I thought he was hydro minister 8 year back)


- When bista was hydro minister, he had sever load shedding. It takes about 4/5 year to build Hydro. So, if bista was competent, we were suppose to be electricity independent 5 year back. But reality is, less than 1 year ago, we have completed some good project.
- Does not this make bista incompetent like all others.
- When he was hydro minister, media that time also made him hero. And when he left the govt, he left in taxi too. (stunt????)
- Bista is nothing but a propagandist. Not me.

- Just like today, he was stubborn that time. He wanted to make big projects. While Exerts recommended him to build smaller projects too. That advised him, not to put all eggs in one basked. But he did not listen. That is why load shedding did not ended 5 year ago. And today still we import a lot from India.

- His second policy. He changed policy to give hydor licence through bidding to giving freely by the decision of cabinet. Experts advised him not to do so, or it will be easy to corrupt. Then babram came as pm who took bribe and gave away licences.

Finance minister should be changed. Changing all ministers and leaving yuraj k in finance minister would be like not changing the cabinet.

Rather, you can just change finance minister and leave rest intact.
