MICRO FINANCE WILL WIN THE LEAGUE - BUT ONLY ESTABLISHED MFI
1 - As interest rate has to fall. MFI profit will increase significantly. 2 - As market have to rise. MFI will be fundamentally feasibly 3 - Thin Supply + Good Fundamentals will blow its prices up. CHEAPEST + STRONGEST MFI + NO PROMOTER CONVERSION = Cheap National Level MFI may be Most Feasible 1 - Preferred NGBBL since JambForm and it was around 340. and it reached 1100 with continous circuit for 1 week and remained at 900 range and came back to 430 and went back to 1000 range and came back to 600 and went back to 816 and now again in 500 range. This stock has been wow. 2 - It will maintain eps of 27 to 32 now. As soon as interest rate level goes down its EPS will be above 40. 3 - Right shares may come very soon to make its capital 1 arab as business have increased and other National Level MFI have 100 crore. 4 - BEST THING ABOUT NGBBL IS THAT IT IS GOVT MFI & GOVT BANKS GIVE LOANS AT CHEAP RATE SO THAT IT CAN MOBILISE IT THROUGH ITS 186 BRANCHES. FOR EXAMPLE, RASTRIYA BANIJYA BANK HAS GIVEN IN THE PAST 50/60 CR AT 4/5% INTEREST. Also gets large funds from other govt agencies at cheap rates. 5 - SUPPLY IS ALSO LOW. Around 20 lakhs kittas. And around 18 lakhs kittas have already been traded at above 700 and over 10 lakhs over 900. 6 - NO PROMOTER CONVERSION. Its a govt owned & NRB owned. 7- Making good progress. 186 branches is large network. Board & CEO is excellent. ...MAKE INFORMED DECISION.........BAKI ISHWOR KO LEELA.... « Last edit by पूजीभैरव on Thu Mar 22, 2018 7:01 pm. » |

Bonds are Debt for the Company and Preference share is actually the share holder of the company with no voting rights :-
Preference shares are shares basically which has fixed rate of dividend irrespective of company Performance :- If company makes huge profit they get only fixed percentage as dividend and when company makes less profit then also get the fixed rate of dividend !! If Company has surplus fund to give dividend then the first Priority is given to Preference Share holder with fixed rate of then the Equity shareholder is entitled for the dividend if profit is left out :- As name itself says Preference which means Priority :- Preference share holder generally do not have any voting Right !! Their votes are not counted when selection of a board members ![]() ![]() « Last edit by deepak_mm on Thu Mar 15, 2018 12:28 pm. » |

Well As per the Laws Very Large Cap companies need to offload minimum 10% Equity shares to Public like NTC and the general Practice in NEPAL is to offer minimum 30% stake in the company to the General Public.
Its not a compulsion that Promoter need to hold 51% equity shares But minimum 51% Promoter prefer to take as that will allow him to have overall management control on the company if they need to pass some resolution in a case where other share holder dont want to pass that. if they have majority stake in it then they can get passed through Board Decision :- Bonds are basically convertible and Non Convertible bonds which has fixed rate of return to the bond holders which has a certain Maturity period. Its basically Loan taken by companies from the Bond holders Well EIC does have a 100% Public share as of now but Public shareholding is more then the Promoters; before right Issue they want to Change or they forced to change the Share holding Pattern where they want to increase Promoter holding to 51% which is also a regulatory requirement (Beema Samiti ) before going for the right issue !! I hope you got my point :- I guess Promoter need to Pay higher Premium to increase its holding from Present % to 51% i guess at least 10-30% Premium to 6 month's average Price :-- ![]() ![]() « Last edit by deepak_mm on Thu Mar 15, 2018 11:26 am. » |

Hello sir,
IPO/FPO/RIGHT/LOCAL IPO issues are all for public but i am confused about that portion of public 49% and promoter 51% shares are necessary to all companies? and Bond, pref. share and Debentures are also count in 49%? I heart EIC have 100% public share. ![]() ![]() |

Technically it looks like it is consolidating near 436-445 Level
though in terms of valuation it looks Expensive But the Growth Prospects is Intact. You can Accumulate or average it out @ Current Level or if you cannot Add on shares then Hold it and should try to Exit Near 500-520 Level and look for some other stocks :- ![]() |
