Oh ! May be that might had worked as a Catalyst for the Bear Traders and bulls got Frightened by Bears.
Myself and Market are guessing that He might Increase the TAX slab for CGT from existing 5% & 10% respectively to 10% & 15% in the Next Budget. Which is acting as a Fear among the Investor .... ![]() |

He will Prove himself to be a very Good FM for the Nation but don't know whether for the NESPE or not.
His Policy will focus on extraction of Fund from non Productive sectors to deployment in Productive Sectors. There could be squeeze of liquidity from Land & Shares Investment as these are leverage Investment and might be unproductive too as per my view also. His focus will be on Tourism & Agriculture i guess so. But It also depends what kind of Monetary Policy the Central Bank (NRB) also brings in. Happy Investing !!! « Last edit by deepak_mm on Wed Feb 28, 2018 10:41 am. » |

I know you will say nobody will want to sell their assets in low price. But, i dont see how appointing a FM is going to help NEPSE rise. Its bearish because ppl want to sell their share as they have lavish properties, and also they may be fearing that they won't make more profit when market goes further down, this cause more loss in NEPSE when they value less for their selling price. These share holder see that some another person is selling at this X price and then (s)he become confused and want to sell his/her share too at that X ( or less than at X in fear that someone will come and sell at lesser price ) to prevent loss in future if price further decrease.
So, unless all of seller become smart, and stop selling for now. NEPSE wont rise. Mark my word. If what i said is not logical, then, correct me. |

With some stringent terms and conditions from next fiscal and monetary policy, it's definitely going to be tough time for manipulators in stock market.
Tough time for artificial land traders too. Money should flow back to capital market. And the investors for long term would benefit with some concession on capital gain. But we trust on his capabilities. Let's wish it happens in his premiership. All the best Yubaraj Khatiwada! |

Negative: i am worried he would try to micro management.
Positive: - He is the most qualified among FMs made in the history of Nepal. - He gave some solutions to solving banking crisis. - He is positive about share market and says it is important for the economy but somewhere i read, he said it is unproductive sector. Hope he gain more experience and knowledge in between then and now. - He wants to end manipulation in stock market. Does this mean introducing market maker or he wants to fix price of share ![]() Third angle: - The most knowledgeable person in the world is ignorant in billions other issue. So i dont consider any body of being perfect. So how to run organization- he/she has to rely on other's knowledge. I am worried, he act like baburam bhatterai- mr.know all and try to micro manage. - Since, no body is perfect, so in PM or minister i want other quality rather than qualification and those are - positiveness, honesty, decision making ability, recognizing others, guts etc. I hope Oli gathers as many economic adviser as possible. May be hire from China, Russia (No expert in Nepal understand share). |
