Chule420 ji this provision was amended in recent ammendment of companies act.

As per the new provision, the provisions in case of the listed companies, premium share issuance shall be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the applicable securities laws.

NBL plans to bring FPO at around 300rs...1crore unit shares at around 300!!....people with minds have already started selling their shares in the current scenario...

yes chule 420 ji company can't issue fpo in premium unless in profit for 3 years. I think in these low transaction days somebody may have planned to throw their shares in this confusing period (alleged fpo).

one crore units of FPO shares coming its way...there is a high chance that its price will go down as there is possibility of getting good amount of shares in the FPO allotment....so i suggest u to sell at the moment...

i bought 50 share of NBL last month. and am feeling that because of coming FPO, its rate will further decrease. so, do you suggest that i sell them at the current price. i will loose 900 in total approx if i sell today. any suggestion please.
