राज्य नियन्त्रित उत्पादनका साधन, उत्पादन प्रणाली, जनशक्ति ब्यवस्थापनले उत्प्रेरणा भएन, काम गर्न प्रोत्साहित गर्दैन। यसो हुँदा नाफाको संभावना पनि कम हुने भयो र आफ्नो प्रतिभा देखाउने ठाउँ पनि भएन भनेर नै नियन्त्रित अर्थव्यवस्था त्यागिसकेको अवस्था छ।


हाम्रा कति यस्ता क्षेत्रहरु हुन्छन् जहाँ निजी क्षेत्रलाई प्रतिस्पर्धामा नलगी हुँदैन। दूरसञ्चार उदाहरणका लागि लिन सकिन्छ। हवार्इ क्षेत्र पनि निजीकरण गर्नुपर्छ। २०४९ सालतिर फर्किँदा बाँसबारी छालाजुत्ता कारखाना पनि जग्गासहित विक्री गरिँदै थियो। त्यसलाई रोकेर जग्गा दिइएन, कारखाना मात्र बिक्री गरियो। धेरै नोक्सान हुन पाएन। अहिले त्यो जग्गामा हस्पिटल खुलेको छ।

हरिसिद्धि इँटा टायल वा भृकुटी कागज उद्योगमा पनि यही मोडालिटी अपनाएको भए राज्यलाई घाटा हुँदैन थियो। निजीकरणको विरोध हुँदैन थियो।


पूँजी बजार

पूँजी बजारलाई ब्यवस्थित ढंगले अगाडि बढाउँदा त्यसको माध्यमबाट पनि अब बन्ने सरकारलाई बर्षमा एक डेढ खर्ब पूँजी परिचालन हुन्छ। यो क्षेत्र बामपन्थी नेतृत्वको सरकारका लागि पक्कै पनि अवसरको क्षेत्र हो। ठूलो मात्रामा पूँजी संकलन हुँदा शेयर बजारमा स्थायित्व पनि आउँछ। विदेशी लगानीकर्ता आए भने नेपालकै पूँजीबजारबाट पनि अलिकति अवसर लिन सक्छन्।


समावेशी आर्थिक वृद्धिको एजेण्डा बनाउँदा धेरै मान्छे पूँजी बजारमा सहभागी होउन् भन्ने पनि चाहेका छौं।पूँजी बजारलई समावेशी आर्थिक वृद्धिको मोडेलको रुपमा पनि लान खोजेका छौं। त्यही भएर त जलस्रोतमा धेरै शेयरधनीहरु भएका छन्। गाउँगाउँमा शेयरधनी छन्। सबैको शेयर लिस्टेड हुन्छ बजारमा। राष्ट्रिय पूँजी निर्माण गर्ने भन्ने कुरा एमालेको घोषणापत्रैमा लेखिएको छ। बैंकिङ च्यानलका साथै राष्ट्रिय पूँजी निर्माण शेयर बजारबाट पनि गर्ने भन्ने हो।


मान्छेको उपभोगमा जाने पैसा, सम्पतिका रुपमा जाने पैसालाई फाइनान्सियलाईज गर्ने भनिएको छ। यो गरेपछि मात्रै कहाँ एलोकेट गर्ने भन्ने निश्चित हुन्छ। यसका लागि शेयर बजार अगाडि बढ्नु पर्छ, स्थायित्व हुनु पर्छ। तर स्वस्थ ढंगले।


People invest based on two principle- intelligence and tradition.

Majority of people are not intelligent enough, that is why they dont invest in share in Nepal. But. in nepal, there is culture/tradition about investing in GOLD, Land that is why people invest there.

Govt should create culture, tradition where general people would invest in share market for long term as assets. And to protect general public, govt should make Share market stable- prevent over valuation or under valuation or crash. And to do that, introduce market maker.

Nepal's market is way undervalued, make it stable and suggest people to invest. Today's investment will make them financially stable in 10/20 year even if they just invest a few lakh. Give them loan, if necessary. For this govt should give them training and loan and make market stable.

I agreed with meroprofit ji.There are only two prerequisites for NEPSE growth .One is the substantial policy change in banking sector and the other is to increase the portion of real sector in NEPSE. In the present scenario banking sector dominated the NEPSE with around 70%portion. If there is no any positive policy change in banking sector , it is difficult to NEPSE growth The other way make growth NEPSE is to make real sector compulsory to list in NEPSE. The new government is in test for this case. But if we watch the present condition of market ,there seems no space of growth .Either it may take time to digest the volume growth of stocks in market.

US has many companies making a lot of profit that is why their GDP is 18T$,

Nepal has few companies making less profit that is why our GDP is 25B$ (official no).

With time, there will be more companies in Nepal making profit, then GDP will grow too.

NEPAL IS NEPAL CAUSE OF LOW PROFIT, US IS US CAUSE OF BIG PROFIT.

Bureaucrats, experts believe Nepal's GDP should be close to 50B$.

I believe Nepal's GDP is way bigger than 50B$

I'm in this forum since 2013. I enjoy reading by Rising Sun, Ramesh N, Keshav ji and alike. Though not much active in writing. But sometimes I do it.

Here is what my understanding on the future of Nepse. Please read full and comment.

Current market capitalisation of our capital market is 17.68 Kharba (as of today) and our national GDP is approx. 26 Kharba. This means market capitalisation to GDP ratio stands at 68%. Studies suggest that ideal ratio is 75% and if we take it as our standard benchmark, there is additional space of 7% in Nepalese context. However it's an exception that the US market once had 125%.
Now, online transaction and NRN entry are the most awaited events into Nepalese capital market which will surely drive current index to 2500 or more and market capitalisation to 25 Kharba+. In such a case, this ratio would reach almost 100% to make our market over-capitalised.
You know that both are mandatory to make NEPSE of international standard. We can bet NRN won't be interested to enter unless they introduce fully online system.
Therefore, in my reading, hearing and observation, there is a tacit understanding among Nepse, Sebon, NRB and Ministry of Finance on how to control capital market index of Nepal from over-capitalisation. That's why time and again, they bring in the threats of money laundering issue, VAT issue and alike to control Nepse, whenever it goes up.
Since no one can stop online and NRN in near future, they want to bring Nepse as down as possible so that index wouldn't over capitalise. The recent announcement of NRB to recalculate GDP by applying new method is an example to balance GDP and market capitalisation. It's already known that recalculation would make our GDP over 30 Kharba.
I guess this recalculation will be followed by introduction of fully online transaction and NRN entry. So, the conclusion is...in one year's time frame all three tasks would be complete- recalculation of GDP, online transaction and NRN entry. And that...your investment NOW too would be almost double by then.
Does it prove something friends?

If you are land broker, sell land, buy shares.

Shares could double in 6-18 month, but, could Land price double in 6-18 mth.

Even you can sell gold and invest in shares. Gold could crash for short or mid term.

ya i agree with bazaar guru...when a firum becomes active and people start sharing ideas, everybody likes to visit...i myself have started visiting the forum at least once a day....when we can all share ideas and progress, why should we hold back??....happy investment for long term....

Finally, election is over and the preliminary results show the good sign of stable government. There are lots of opportunities to perform good governance and it will create positive impacts on economic growth as well as NEPSE. Lets think positive. Lets wait till the end, New Man ji, then after we should pressure govt to work on development, make NEPSE stable, solve banking crisis...

The whole last one and a half year was wasted, they simply ignored NEPSE crisis, banking crisis.
