If there is no market maker then FII will never come even if the laws are made for it or else Nepse need to have average turnover of 1000 crores daily to attract FII.

Among these I feel bhatbhateni is one of the candidate apart from that I see NAC , Himalayan airlines and some domestic airline operators who require lots of cash to run the business. Then some upcoming hydro power companies. Dabur Surya Nepal, Axita and others unlikely.
