ccbl capital after right and bonus =2.84 arba
and its plan for merge is 1 +2 = 3 arba maximum in 18months
whereas prime merge plan is only 1.20 arba , and its capital after bonus =3.73 arba
so it doesn't match to capital plan, but you never know anything can be happen in nepal.
If it happens i am still happy about that ,but swap ratio has to be more than 80%-85%:100 to prime .
otherwise no good , there are other offer as well you know EBL?
