NB Group is selling its 38,00,000 promoter share of NBB before Bhadra 5, from which NCCB is getting refund its huge amount. So, NCCB will earn great profit for next fiscal year as well. It will maintain its actual rate for next year too. And when the bank provides at least 15% -35% Bonus to its shareholders, people believe on this company. You may realize it comparing its rate before this company providing 5% bonus and after that.

Looking at other's same category trading price, NCC should have been trading at range of 400-450 by now.
