Hello Saugat Ji. Thanks.

I think you need to wait one year and see how much your investment has grown and give you return. If you can save around 50thousand after expenses per month then take loan.

Since you have already invested 17 lakh and you have good script, keep most of them for long term and they will give you good capital gain and great return.

Market is likely to increase, but its always risky. So even if you dont take loan and market increase, dont regret for not taking loan. Play safe.

If you really really want to invest, If I were in your place, I would sell land. Taking loan is likely to make you nervous.

Hold your good script, and let average cost per share decrease year by year.

With in a year, you could easily save 50K per month from yr salary and share return.

PATIENCE is the most important key.

Add more dev. banks.

Dear Rising sir!
Thank you very much for prompt response.

This time I have a bit serious question,I expect root answer!
Today I talked about collateral loan with one of my friends who is branch manager of a commercial bank.!
I have land which market costing around 2.2 millions ,from that collateral I could receive one million rupees as loan.
Firstly I had thought to sell the land .

He has said me I have to pay quarterly interest @10-11%

Taking one million loan I have to pay 25-27 Thousands interest quartely.
Im gov service holder (gazetted officer third class),I get around 20 thousands after epf,cit and income tax deduction.
But I get 0% extra money as allowance.I can pay two quarter but after that I could not from my regular job.
I have a wife and a daughter aged 5 who are living in Kathmandu in rent so my monthly salary is hardly sufficient for daily usea, no saving at all.And now Im 32 years old.
It means I have to earn from that loan money and pay interest regularly.

I have 1.7 millions in secondary market and satisfactory return except nccb and nbb;but I got 7 lakhs loan@10% interest from relative.

As he said I can get the collateral loan within the processing of 20 days.
So if I could process this week I could use that loan in the first week of falgun.

I have planned to devide the money in three parts:
#1/3 portion for IPO
#same portion for long term investment
#same portion for short term share trading.

I just fear that if unfavourable situation came:
#I could not pay the interest.
#Could not sell the land.
#could not sell the share as well.
If such happens I will be in misery ,in ditch. चोक्टा खान गकि बुढी झोलमा डुबेर मरि।

I need your suggestions sir!
I request this for other expert plz.

Hello Saugat Ji.

-SanaKishan is one of the best and safest among micro. worry not. Kalika is not so safe, it is high risk high return. And in 14 month or less, its capital could be doubled so worry not, let's wait for second quarter report first.

-One of the risky factors of micro is every time their price increases some kind of negative move is made by authority. Just recently, they prevented micros from distributing high cash and evil spirit media distorted the news and price crashed.
Just recently, NRB forced them to send 20% of the dividend to special reserve fund. Now this, suspension. I have been watching kalika, the price is being set by demand and supply so I am not worried.

-Yes, we can not buy or sell less than 10 kitta, if you want to sell, you have to buy at least ten and sell all. That is why, during IPO the least allotted is 10.

- Again, true, max. price fluctuation should be under 10%- - \ + of previous day price.

- I believe it is for NEpse Point. when nepse cross -/+ 3% with in half an hour, market is suspended 15 or 30min. And when it is 4% suspended for, I think 30min and if it touch 5% the for rest of the day.

- Low limit is 10 kitta, there may not be higher limitation. If quantity is huge, I believe they get to trade back door.

-Of course there is law, but dont know the name/s. May be sebon act, or there could be a bunch or acts- sebon act, nrb act, income tax act, insurance act.... ????

-Halt lifted as soon as they are done investigating- a few days may be.

Dear Rising sir !
This time I want to talk on suspended micro finance because I also hold kmcdb and skbbl.
#As I heard less than below 10 kitta do not get permission for trading.
#No possibility for trading more or less than 10% price of the previous days trading .
#This 10% also should be less than 5% at a time,it should take more than two transaction ie first time 4% and again 4% and 2% like that.
# Are there any limitations for such trading in size ie number of kittas by law?
#which law,act regulates SEBON ,I mean how sebon monitors, regulates and controls the trading of particular stock.
#How long it could be haulted for trading, take it kmcdb suspended today.

First amendment of the Constitutional 2072 is the desired food for nepse bull.
Authentic declaration of the end of blockade by Madhesi Morcha will be the musterd oil for the nepse bull.
Then ;It will run like a running car in full gear!

Major parties agree over Constitution Amendment Bill - See more at: http://www.myrepublica.com/feature-article/story/35657/major-parties-agree-on-constitution-amendment-bill.html#sthash.XiamFHEe.dpuf

--------------------

Does this mean, blockade is over and NEPSE will be bullish from tomorrow? Since it is not a clear political settlement, bull may walk slow and steady.

Thanks Saugat Ji.

Good result.

May be banks dont give loan against promoter share.

Hope there will be 30% rise in profit. Definitely more from development banks though.

Dear Rising sir!
Good evening!
First of all congratulations for all of us ; our boys made our head high ;Nepal won; a milestone of success after match fixing case!

Thank you very much for clear clarification.
Im satisfied but one more question arise:
Lets see last day trading
nabil: price Rs. 1905; volume=2078
nabilp: price Rs. 1437; volume=7300
😎 both shares got bonus.
😎 both shares price rises and falls according to time.
😎 both are easily available in the market.
😎 after certain year both will provide cash dividend.
😎 Obviously cheaper share(Here nabilp) will be more benefited.
Then why should we not go with promoter share?????
Plz enlight in this regard.

I do not have any inside infos about balance sheet.Im outside the valley.
If you have not visited www.nepalsharemarket.com sharefum then I copy and paste here, I doubt upon their truth:
😎mnbbl=16 karod
😎nabil=142
😎 sbl=35
😎sanima=40
😎ccbl=15.6
😎mega=21
😎nibl=111
😎glime=75.6
😎subl=40
somewhere I read BS has came with 30% rise in average.
Lets see.

Hello Saugat Ji.

I heard, their certain amount of share is about to be converted into ordinary share, may be that is why it is increasing.

-General share is general shared we public have. Promoter share is share belonging to promoter, who invested at the time of establishment, as per nepal's rule, promoter should have at least 51% and for banks general should have at least 30%.

We general share holder cant become chairman. We can only become director from general share holder kota. We are not that powerful, and dont have all the right. When promoter share is auctioned then those shared are traded as regular share like nabil, NIB etc.

Promoter's cant sell their share for certain period, i think three year. even to sell they have to offer to other promoters first then only ask out outsider to bid.

AND PREFERENCE SHARE AND CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARE, ARE shares just in name, actually they are a kind of loan. They have more right than debenture but more risky than debenture. Convertible are those which convert into general share (full or partial) after certain time. till they are converted, they get interest and after converted they become regular general share.

-time and percentage of conversion of convertible shares depends upon the Claus they put during such offer. If we put, claus, that it converts after one year then it will convert after one year.

In case of EBL, certain percentage is converted after certain time. Phase wise. in few years time or every year. (may be around 5 year left).

Should not buy it, cause, when we buy it today, when it is fully converted, no of other share will already be multiplied by 4 times. For them, EBL merging with other banks is good cause that time its EPS will be high so price will be higher.

- They do not get bonus cause they are not shares, they are just a loan which will be converted into share after certain time. they are not the owner of the company.

-you mean high transaction or price? there are more no of shared of nabil P and NIBP in circulation, may be that is why. I dont know if their earlier promoter can sell their share freely or not.

Thanks.

Any inside info about BS of any company, you have?

Dear Rising Sir!
Good Morning!
Eblcp share price broke circuit the day before yesterday.
yesterday also there was no correction but price rose.

In this regard I want to know the following :
😒How to define general share ,promoter share, preference share and convertable preference share?
😒 Are convertable preference share converted to general share after certain period of time?If yes, how long?
😒 Why convertable preference share do not get bonus ?
😒 Why the high cap stocks promoter shares trading is higher than low cap stocks?
Plz elaborate me! I wish this from other expert as well.

I absolutely agree with you rising sir!
basically I prefer share to land to hold.
I have short story:
Before three years I purchased a land of 15 haat @ 55 thousand per haat.
I had travelled here and there to select and to pass in my wifes name.I spent some thousands etra for that.
For one year, the party (Dalaal) saying its price is now 150000 per haat. And I asked him to sell my land @ 130000 per haat but till the date he is not able to sell.Im unable to reinvest my money in other sector.
Since there are so many difficulties to buy or purchase land
The commission charge is also high

Thus if I had put all that money in share ,this time at least I could know the return and get the return

Thanks for taking MNBBL serously Saugat Ji.

Till last year, daily transaction was just around 1500. today its around 10000. And many are talking about MUKTINATH lately too.

In registrar's office, one guy was so proudly saying "I have few kitta of MUKTINATH, I just sold them". He must had at least around 150 and must had sold at around 575 before bonus. Today, must be regretting. He has just lost AN expensive LAPTOP, SOON IT WILL BE AN EXPENSIVE LAPTOP AND AN EXPENSIVE MOBILE.

SHARE IS OUR PROPERTY, not gambling, we should respect our it just like we respect our land and house.

Saugat Ji.

Not the right time to sell bank.

You may not get sangrila due to demant. Edbl looks good - bonus and may be right share too (current right is from last year). if sangrila take ariniko then ariniko will be winner. fewa has increased profit by a huge margin but still has not seen if it is from merger or right back or profit. miteri is good too.

sangrila, miteri, edbl 's balance sheet will be better in my view.

I am unable to check the eps, price due to extremely slow internet.

Which ever you can get at low price may be good?

Dear Rising sir and othet experts!

I had put my nbb on sale @490 for 350 kitta the day before yesterday but broker did not sell it but now I postponed to sell it .I will be silent at least till the date I will have 10% return.

I guess since Sunday nepse will boom to 1250 coz tomorrow hydro electricity ipo money will be refunded and at least 1/3 of total refunded money will come to capital market.

I guess today is the last day to buy undervalued stocks.I guess today as well nepse will fly at least new height but numerically it will be at least 1220 today.

This time I have 40 thousands and rs 72000 will be plus tomorrow and
I can use this 1.12 lakhs money today.

I desire mnbbl but price went high.
I went with gdbl, tdbl, araniko, fewa, edbl, miteri, sangrila but confused to select.
Please suggest me urgent!

Hello Sahas Ji.

I have some of NBB finally back into profit, long term investment. I am not sure about buying.

If there is positive political news, then great.

Long term looks good too specially business with bangladesh will increase and bangladesh wants to import 5k MW of electricity.

Please find out how much reserve they can use to give bonus coming year then make decision. Would be great if we get extra during merger. Thanks.
