होइन यो प्राइम बैंकले यस पटक केही नदिने विचार गर्यो कि के हो ? बोनस शेयरको चर्चा चलिरहेको बेला कात्तिक १९ गते विशेष साधारण सभा (spcl AGM) बोलाएर १९% संस्थापक शेयरलाई साधारण शेयरमा रुपान्तर गर्ने कुरा पो गर्छ बा । बोनस शेयर पाउने कुरा त यो फुटेका कानले सुन्ने अवसर नै नपाउने भयो त ।

I can't say fixed dividend and cash. PCBL's capacity is up to 20% dividend. I think it will give more than 10% Bonus share.

The company who declare high dividend there price was already high. KBL price 574, adjusted price after dividend 574/1.33= 431. NCC price 648, adjusted price after dividend 648/1.38= 469.
when we get CZBIL now in 447, PCBL with up to 20% dividend 512. Why shuld u pay KBL & NCC in that price ? NCC & KBL would not able give that Dividend next year too.
company's strength, PE Ratio, EPS, Management,RoE, Performance, Future Prospect, Growth, Dividend history etc shuld see for Invest. We shuld not invest for one time Bonus.

Its because information about dividend is already leaked before the decision and players they buy before declaration of dividend , you can see many examples just see the price of various company before and after the declaration. and selling pressure is high due to short term profit booking. Just a opinion

Because investors are becoming more mature and aware of the fact that dividend / bonus declaration is simply financial decision and does not affect earning capacity of the company and so on the share price. Look for relevant KPIs like PE ratio, cost of capital, potential to decrease that in future with better image of the bank etc before making decision

Why is the price of companies offering good dividends decreasing or is in status quo... Can anyone please enlighten me pls.. Thanks in advance!!!
