YES, 15% NAI DEDUCT GAREKO CHA........ KUNAI PANI BANK LE ARKO BANK MAA RAKHEKO PAISA MAA TAX TIRNU CHAI PARDAINA BUT TYO KURA YO INTEREST TAX SANGA RELATE CHAI HUDAINA.....I DON'T KNOW WHY 15% DEDUCTED, IN PREVIOUS IPO REFUNDS IT WAS ONLY 5%..... BUT DEDUCTION OF 15% TAX COULDN'T BE WRONG AS THIS IS DECIDED BY BOARD OF ISSUE MANAGER, THERE MIGHT BE SOME REASONS WHICH WE ARE NOT UPDATED..... COMMENTS ARE WELCOMED TO CLEAR THIS ILLUSION.

You mean in IPO refunds? I think, as discussed earlier (don't remember if it is this forum or Nepal Sharemarket one), the problem is that the banks put all the money collected from IPO in a corporate accounts which the government tax at 15%. Hence, when they refund it back to us, they deduct 15% rather than 5%).

I am not entirely sure.
