no promoter conversion n no FPO just mutual funds guys..u'll see when it is announced in TV and FM..sheers

Yes......Sameer ji....Its all rumor of transfering promotor share to ordinary share....NOT A SINGLE PROMOTER SHARE IS CONVERTED.....It all to get this scrip price down.......so that I add this script in my account at this price of Rs.830.....if bank index start bullishing....then it will definately rise....soon after budget announcement....which is the favour of share market...I hope....

Before investing in this scrip .... my hard money...I have take information frm NIBL Capital....Lazimpat....senior offiial....they told me that They r not coverting promotor share to public....instead they r issuing FPO within 7 -8 months....confirm news.....share sansar news also verify it.....I think this scrip should be around Rs.1000.....n they r planning to give this yr also 15% bonus share with attractive cash divident....

IF NIBL clears abt it's FPO plan then .... will certainly raise .. right now investors r worried abt the overflow of the scripts if they convert Promoters to public .. since NRB has asked them to change their structure .. so it's undervalued

I also think same Majjnuu...ji....as banking index rise.... will be frm Mid july ...I hope....so...then this hidden diamond company will surely bull not more but also Rs.1000.....I hope because this NIBL will surely give fantastic divident this yr....as its EPS is 45....n reserve amount is 6 araba.....It is ahidden treasure ....I think...noone notice....but it will surely go high....
