It's not they have to distribute dividend (which they can not do until they float their share to the general public), it's that they will have to have made some profit in the past 3 years running.

i agree with respecting risk. nevertheless, they have yet to get nod from sebon for their IPO issuance.

How RMDC can issue its IPO in premium? As per i know premium rule, one of the rule is company should have distribute at least 3 years of dividend regularly and according to NRB rule financial company can only distribute dividend after its share to public. I am amazed how RMDC is going to issue its shares in premium.
