As I went through the list of the share allotted, I saw that banks and cooperatives have applied for the maximum limit allowed to the general public. For example, Asian Life insurance applied for 3 lakh kitta, ie. 3crore and got 7thousand+ kitta. Likewise, many other banks and companies have applied in this way. So, there we are who are applying for only few thousand ruppes to few lakhs rupees. If we apply for 51 thousand we are categorized as big and allotted in the same group as those banks. It isn't fair. When they take away the big chunk nothing is left for tens of thousands of real investors like us. The upper limit should be very low. What do u members of this forum say?
