And only I know the solution.

Nepal's share market needs 'new big players'. (Current players are incompetent, dumb, criminal minded, pakhes 'have you seen their faces' and faces of so called share expert in TV'.)

I would bring in two group of big players- 'I would bring in market makers with the capital equivalent to 25% of secondary market' and 'I would bring in foreign investors- like I would make an agree with China to invest few billion dollar of investment in each other's share market. Nepal's institutional investors should be given opportunity to invest in Chinese market'.

Its your choice -want maximum return with too high risk or reasonable return with mild to moderate risk of capital erosion

Most of those companies that multiplied during last 5 years are bad companies. Almost all.

Even in D banks- bad d banks hit 3000 while good d banks stuck at 300.

Now, it's time for good D banks and insurance to rise. Since now, big players in those good companies can take loan and add more.

Some analysts are questioning if weak insurance companies will survive after reimbursement of the loss by recent disaster and Zen Z revolution. Don't believe that now is the best moment to invest in these companies. If some companies are not growing in last 5 years, you must get answer for why its not growing before pouring hard earned money. Most of the time lack of growth is due to poor fundamentals and degrading governance. keep this in mind.

One of the problem with share market is 'big players'. Government need to bring in new 'big players'- Market maker with capital '25% of the value of share market' and foreign investors 'let's say from China- bring in Chinese investor and let Nepalese institutional investor invest in China'.

Current investors and brokers are incompetent.

After bringing in dozens of new brokers, not much has changed from investment's side.

Budget for share market is fine.

Motivating Investment company is good but their approach is too small.

In my personal view, Govt can increase CGT .5% every year to reach final target of 12% for short term '6month', 10% for mid term '6month-2 year' and 7.5% for long term. CGT should be final.

Tell bishunu paudel 'who wasted one year of economic and share collapse going on for last 4 year, despite being favorite of share market and economic stakeholders', UML's next election is in his hand.

1: Promoter shares: Promoters are needed to run a company. Some sectors' promoters are fully converted into ordinary shares.

Reconvert those to promoter shares. 51%.

2: Bull in selected stocks: Incompetent governor Nepal (previous governor) banned cooperative from investing into share market. That policy ended healthy investment into Banking index due to lack of fund.

Then came, even bigger incompetent governor Maha Chutya, his policy ended funds going to good companies. Today, big players are focused on individual stocks, not even sectors. Due to extreme lack of Fund.

Share market needs more fund. End 15crore loan limit and bring down 125% to 100% 'I dont remember what that is called-valuation'. Let all institutions invest in share market. Let Bfis invest in BFIs, even in their own stock after taking permission from authority. Let in foreign investors. We need more mutual funds and investment companies.

3: Make margin loan easy: Like changing lender 'bank', if there is margin call- other than shares as collateral should be eligible like- land, gold etc, margin can be re-valuated. ETC.
