One day, I placed sell order after checking TMS balance. I felt like I placed more shares than I have so did my recalculation- I was right.

So, I tried to delete my sell order but could not. Then I phoned broker. They replied, they cant fix it. Then I phoned TMS (Sebon or ), they are able to remove my order after more than 60 minute.

I asked them, do I have to pay fine in this case since it is due to the technical problem caused by TMS. They told me, I have to. I should have kept my real balance, TMS wont be held liable.



This is what bureaucracy in Nepal is like. They are never responsible for their incompetency. In Nepal, if tenant commits crime, policy would hold landlord responsible.

If son commits crime, policy would arrest father.

फेरी अर्थमन्त्रालयमा फर्कन नदिने कोसिस गर्ने छ l तर यो प्रतिबेदन पनि सर्बसम्मत भएन भने, बहुमतबाटनै पारित हुनु पर्ने त होलानी,

बहुमतका लागि चाहिने ६ जना गठबन्धनबाटनै पुगि हाल्छन यदि लोसपा एमालेको पक्षमा उभिए पनि l सोहि अनुरुप प्रतिबेदन बन्ने छ l






(२) यदि साच्चै 'नासु' बजेटको अघिल्लो रात त्यहाँ उपस्थित थिए भने, त्यो फुटेज recover गर्ने छैनन र समितिको समय चुनाबसम्मै तन्काइ रहने छन् l

What about tax secretary? That guy is haram. I regularly dream of cutting !@#$!@#$ ever time I see his face on media, regarding what he said about share market. Teslai kasle malik banayo?



Sharma is not the only finance minister who bit the dust who is anti share market. I always been saying, those who hate share market is always like him- ghusya, dalal, alchina, loser, jhole .....


They are jealous of people making money with pride. They are angry that they dont get commission from share investors.




What happen to all those advisors- those who were vomiting on share market, I still remember what they said which I read on viber. what about chettry, incompetent ex governor?

I had been saying, business houses have so much influence over politician and bureaucracy, why dont they used their connection to lower the tax and make policy soft.


Now they have begun to make politician lower tax, but only the tax that helps themselves. Not country, not society, not business.



Since, yuraj k reduced tax on chocolate, reducing tax for personal business has become new trend. that yuraj k who increased tax for all but reduced tax on chocolate which no one asked for. But it helped his master who must have helped in becoming 10s of crore pati.

Actually they(investors) do have connection and power.

Like- chaudhary, we all know his kanda. who is a big share investors too. he also become NC central committee member illegally by influencing politicians. Sher bahadur's swasni may will become NC boss and PM with the help of chaudhary.

Next- global Ime, another big criminal. and a big investor in share market. He can take control of popular temple by buying politician.

There are many of them who can tell politician and get things done. But why dont they make politician introduce good policy for share market.

Cause good policy would help millions. They dont want to used their connection and money for greater good for millions. They will only do it for themselves.

their attitude could be 'kina aru ko lagi garne. public le malai ke deko cha, ma afno faida matra herchu'.



In NRB, NRB bureaucracy, help them in committing a lot of crime. But NRB bureaucracy dont help them in share market. Why cause they dont ask help regarding share market, cause share market is for greater good, not personal.



Share market should start big fund, pay ghus to NRB bureaucrats and politicians and document it and then start blackmailing them.







About education sector,

I heard good things about it. More than a decade ago, I advised them that teacher in govt schools are of poor quality, so find good teacher, make a video of good teachers teaching and show them to students.

I heard, now a days, they show such videos while class room teachers sit beside and help in question from students. Class teachers have become like assistant teacher.

Private teacher was complaining, now, how is private school going to compete with govt school?


May be this kind of program has been started as a trial in some.

त्यो पारित हुने अबस्थामा पुर्याईएको पनि थियो,

तर शिक्षामा व्यापार गर्न पल्केकाहरुले सो प्रस्ताबलाई अगाडी बढ्नबाट रोकी दिएछन्,



उनैले कुरा थप्दै भने,

देखिने गरि ४-५ जना शैक्षिक क्षेत्रका सांसद भए पनि,

त्यो प्रस्ताबको बिरुद्धमा ५२ कि ५३ जनाको हस्ताक्षर गराईएको थियो रे,

र त्यो प्रस्ताबलाई अघि नबढाउनु भनेर,

देशको सबभन्दा माथिल्लो शक्ति केन्द्रबाट दबाब आयो रे,





मैले भन्न खोजेको यस्ता गलत काम गर्न होइन,

तर संसदमा, यो यो नीतिले यसरी असर गर्छ भन्न त सकिन्थ्यो नी,

लगानीकर्ताहरु पनि सांसद हुन् सकेका भए,




हेर्नुस न एउटा मान्छे तपाईहरुले पहिल्यै गर्छु भनेका आस्वासन त पुरा गरिदिनुस भनेर,

ज्यान माया मारेर भोक-भोकै बसेको छ,

अर्कोतिर नियामकका मतियारहरु

"के नेपालको सेयर बजार घट्नै नहुने हो ?" भनि गलत विश्लेषण छापेर,
