I heard MCC can take loan (if true), who will pay back the loan? will nepal govt be the guarantee??? what if, MCC stays in Nepal until loan is paid back???? how would mcc pay back loan?


Could MCC turned out to be far worse than I been suspecting??? In long term, if US still alive, they will try to turn MCC into East India Company. In short term, they will be financing terror organizations with 20% fund.
