Whats the inside story of overall HYDRO-SECTOR ?

Cost per MW of UMHL first project (9.9 Mw) :21 Crore/ Mw.
Cost per Mw for 2nd cascade project of UMHL (10.5 Mw) : 16.9 Crore /Mw
First project was completed on 2012.
Second project will probably come into operation after few months. Casacade project looks more lucarative than the first one.
Beside low project cost , there is no equity dilution for this cascade project.
Pandeys group from NIB and reknowned engineers/contractor being the major promoters of this project, we can expect good sucess of this project.

We have to do our homework and make decision accordingly before any investment.

Generally that should be the case. Sometimes cascade costs more than big project, and the benefit is not significant.

If it is not mandatory, then profitabililty of the parent compant will increase significantly in coming year due to undiluted equity and addition of new income resource.

There is an Investor B from Baglung who is Know as "Bhai Raja"

Shyal Raja buys Xyz company shares Via Broker XXX and shows the floor Sheet how much Quantity he has bought and shows to Bhai Raja and Dai Raja and convince him to Buy Xyz company.

Bhai Raja and Dai Raja get convinced looking at the Floor Sheet and buys Xyz company but at the same time Shyal Raja is selling the shares to Dai Raja and Bhai Raja via Broker Zzz in huge Premium to its Price.

Some crooks use floor sheet to mis-lead people like Bhai Raja and Dai Raja.

Removel of Floor Sheet would safe the People like Bhai Raja and Dai Raja.
