As per my expectation and calculation, minor correction occured last wednesday and thursday which help to gain upward momentum this week. Lets hope market will do well through out this week.
BFIs are doing really good, especially MID CAP COMMERCIAL BANKS. We can see huge accumulation going on in some of the mid range commercial banks, probably with the anticipation of good results in this quarter. So try to find out scripts in accumlation phase and act accordingly for good profit.

In yesterday session, saw good buying pressure in BFI, Non-life and Hydropower. Market sustained near all time high and strongly denied to enter RED ZONE. Lets hope good forward movement after the end of POUSH.

ONE & ONLY solution for all these problem is FULL AUTOMATION in online trading. But nobody is interested. May be b'coz of lack of knowledge about the system or they dont want to ease the transaction system for general investors.

If they end Dis system, shares can be transferred immediately. Or let people fill DIS before transaction with one week validation.

Minor correction in NEPSE is almost over as indicated by loss of downward momentum in yesterday session. Even a small positive news can ignite the index any time. Next target could be 2400 or 2500. Till then take a short nap or CHILL out.
Everything moves in BULL and BEAR. So, be careful while selecting stocks.

In the equilibrium phase, similar category banks (in terms of duration of business, pace, yeild, volume and some more factors) will match each others price.
Similar category banks in current scenario :

NIB & HBL
NICA & NABIL
CBL & CCBL
NMB & PCBL
NBB & NCCB
BOKL & SBL.

पहिलेकाे बुलमा ११७५ काे उच्च विन्दु कटेर छाेटाे समयमै १८८० पुगेकाे थियाे । सामान्यताय त्यही रेसियाेमा बढ्याे भने बजार २८०० माथि पुग्न सक्ने देखिन्छ ।

Yesterday market closed above the previous all time high. Crucial day is today, if market sustain above the yesterdays closing, 2400 or 2500 mark is not too far.

Overall our market is still not too inflated. Companies which are providing average 15 to 20 % dividend every year for a decade, you can get those scripts at Rs.250-300. My bet is still on MID CAP BFI (you can choose according to your taste).
Of course some of the listed companies seems overvalued, use your acumen to filter those K-10 scripts.There is enough space in the sky for good scripts.

Dont listen to others, use your own judgement. Dont forget, there are always some good stocks to BUY near the top of BULL and worst script to sell near the bottom of the BEAR.

Its really good to see a strong momentum and volume when market is breaking out all time time.
If market sustained above the previous all time high on closing today, we can set another new target. This segment of bull will be lead by MEDIUM LEVEL BFI.

Rays of Hope for Himalayan Bank and Bank of Kathmandu share holders.

According to Himalayan Bank CEO Mr. Ashok SJB Rana, the process of bringing back $6.665 million from Himalayan Bank and $6.2 million plus 1.40 million Euros from Bank of Kathmandu for the Melamchi Drinking Water Project has started after winning the case in the Chinese High Court.
Now, the banks will get back the money stuck for the past eight years. Once the bank guarantee amount is released from China, the entire amount will be the profit.
Market price of these banks are still at LUCRATIVE ZONE.

If they opt for merger, one or few small cap commercial banks may participate in this BIG MERGER.

There is space for at least 30% increment in undervalued medium level banking scripts.

NIC Asia Bank, contemporary of Bank of Kathmandu is achieving milestone after milestone. But Bank of Kathmandu, which was among top blue chip about a decade back is now competing with some of the small cap development bank. The only reason behind this misery is conflict in top level management resulting into failure to set target for future growth. Still they have chance to restore there previous glory.

Thats why investment in BFI and certain other company is good for health and you can have sound sleep.
NRB directive is good for long term investors but going to hit speculator and gambler.

NRB is indirectly saying dont buy crap share buy good share and stay safe.
