Not much of a change in american market last week. Similar pattern may follow our market this week becoz we saw continious market rise for several weeks. So it must take some rest before further rise.

Since there is no significant increment in overall banking index and still the previous record is not broken, we dont expect severe correction. Of course for few days it may consolidate.

Commercial banks didnt perform well in todays market.
Hope after few days of consolidation, it will get energize for next move.

Saw nice move in some of the MID CAP COMMERCIAL BANKs as expected earlier. Anyone can guess the reason!
Hope to see its continuation in subsequent session too. But dont choose those banks whose promoters are notorious for "घप्ला"

Now for further development of market, FULL AUTOMATION (absolutely necessary for fair game) and if possible real time transaction should be introduced in NEPALI CAPITAL MARKET. If FULL AUTOMATION /REAL TIME TRANSACTION is introduced, anyone can rotate there capital/scripts many times in short span of time which will massively increase the transaction volume.

Negative 20, 30 in just first qtr, looks like by forth qtr, their book value will be in Negative or close. And they have been in operation for decades and years.

And Hyatt could go bankrupt, if things dont get better by this year. (TRH and hyatt is same or different).



Cant believe, their operating cost is so high, whose whole investment is in infrastructure.

Earning per share (1st Q) of Radisson hotel is negative 20, book value 192 and in decreasing trend,
Earning per share(1st Q) of Soaltee hotel is negative 3.77, book value 18.64 and in decreasing trend
Earnings per share (1st Q) of Hyatt Hotel is negative 16.75, book value 120, and in decreasing trend
TRH has proposed 10% cash dividend, No return from OHL and SHL last fiscal year

Earning of hoteliers is going to be miserable in current fiscal year. There earning was really good in initial 9 months of last fiscal year, even though two of the three listed companies gave nothing. We cant expect profit in hospitality sector this year because they are just fighting to sustain COVID crisis.
There are lot of issues with COVID vaccine and till date (after 2 months of mass vaccination) in developed world we have not seen significant POSITIVE RESULT of vaccination. In this condition investment in hospitality business will be like water in the desert.

Agreed. Civil Bank le 8% bonus dinu bhaneko thulo kura ho, especially without share premium. Tara khoi ta further growth? Kunai thulo bank wa development bank le 100:20 ma bhaye ni liye hune.

With the formation of NICE STRONG BULLISH candle yesterday in NEPSE, seems market is now ready for another BIG MOVE.
Few positive developments are about to happen, like CIT Stock dealer entry in market, 1 day shortening of settlement period, 2 nd Quarter report , increase in broker number at state level etc.

As per my expectation and calculation, minor correction occured last wednesday and thursday which help to gain upward momentum this week. Lets hope market will do well through out this week.
BFIs are doing really good, especially MID CAP COMMERCIAL BANKS. We can see huge accumulation going on in some of the mid range commercial banks, probably with the anticipation of good results in this quarter. So try to find out scripts in accumlation phase and act accordingly for good profit.
