Bank of Kathmandu again screwed its investor.

GBIME,NABIL,NMB,PCBL Q2 report raise hope for BULL in BANKING SECTOR.
Awaiting similar result from BOKL,SBL & LBL. If these banks publish similar result then market can take support at current level and head for next upper target.

Players are trying hard to exit BPCL before 2nd Q Balance sheet.
Whats your plan ?

NCC future depends on reality of market rumor. If rumorn turn out to be real then its ok to hold. Otherwise profit booking will be prudent decision.

As said earlier, banking sector is unable to creat positive momentum in todays market. So now market is now set for reversal. Lets see till end whether banks can revive the market or not.
May be this point is golden time to book profit ?

Failure of banking index rise can create obstacle in the BULLISH move of NEPSE. Now INDEX is almost at the ceiling. It must be fueled up by banking index to break the resistance. Otherwise sustaining at this level is difficult. Except hydros and banks, most of the others sector ve reached there saturation value.

Not much of a change in american market last week. Similar pattern may follow our market this week becoz we saw continious market rise for several weeks. So it must take some rest before further rise.

Since there is no significant increment in overall banking index and still the previous record is not broken, we dont expect severe correction. Of course for few days it may consolidate.

Ek level ko correction na ayikana banking badhne dekhiyena...

Commercial banks didnt perform well in todays market.
Hope after few days of consolidation, it will get energize for next move.

Saw nice move in some of the MID CAP COMMERCIAL BANKs as expected earlier. Anyone can guess the reason!
Hope to see its continuation in subsequent session too. But dont choose those banks whose promoters are notorious for "घप्ला"

Now for further development of market, FULL AUTOMATION (absolutely necessary for fair game) and if possible real time transaction should be introduced in NEPALI CAPITAL MARKET. If FULL AUTOMATION /REAL TIME TRANSACTION is introduced, anyone can rotate there capital/scripts many times in short span of time which will massively increase the transaction volume.
